Data Mining software tools with Discovery Capabilities (such as DECISION FORCE) can automatically extract the combination of the factors which are critical for the determination and discrimination amongst different profiles in consumer behaviour towards a product, service or activity.
Moreover, if such tools can present those profiles in descriptive format (IF…THEN rules or Segments), then they can provide an explicit description of each profile with an indication of the probability that a particular profile confirms the expected behaviour.
